It’s part of what led me to make some dietary changes! So interesting!

Her story is pretty awesome. My son sent me her Ted Talk last weekend. That is how I found your blog, while googling more information on her book – which I just ordered.

I have “walked by faith” this past 27 years…..no stopping me now!! I truly believe God has directed my paths throughout it all. I will let you know how the magnesium works, once I have had the chance to head to Whole Foods to find it.

I have actually been on a nutritional supplement called RELIV (reliv.com), since 1997. My course with MS was definitely Relapsing/Remitting until then. However, I have had no new progression of the disease and no new scarring revealed on my many MRIs, since then. I am very thankful for RELIV! I need to check the magnesium levels in my Classic formula and see if I need to up the levels. I am also going to try a better quality version of fish oil, too. I was diagnosed with a drop foot in January 2012 – My Neurologist thinks this might be nerve damage resulting from the first decade of relapsing. I will let you know how the addition of more magnesium affects my gait and day to day activity.

Thanks for connecting! I’d love to hear if you notice any difference with the magnesium! It seems to make the most difference for me on a day to day basis!

Diagnosed in 1988 and still mobile after all these years! However, Menopause is throwing a few interesting curve balls into the MS dance. Definitely going to add Magnesium and CoQ10!
